Directions
Capsules
For Adults: Take two capsules three times per day. In some circumstances take two capsules as frequently as every 30 minutes for additional support. Do not exceed 24 capsules in 24 hours.
For Children 12 and under: Take one capsule three times per day. In some circumstances take one capsule as frequently as every 30 minutes for additional support. Do not exceed 8 capsules in 24 hours.
Powder
For Adults: Take ¼ teaspoon three times per day. In some circumstances take ¼ teaspoon as frequently as every 30 minutes for additional support. Do not exceed 3 teaspoons in 24 hours.
For Children 12 and under: Take ⅛ teaspoon three times per day. In some circumstances take ⅛ teaspoon as often as every 30 minutes for additional support. Do not exceed 1 teaspoon in 24 hours.
