Directions
Commitment is the key to success with Chinese herbal medicine dosing
Capsules
For Adults: Take 2 capsules 3 times per day.
For Children 12 and Under: Take 1 capsule 3 times per day.
Certain circumstances may require additional support: take the age-appropriate dose as often as every 30 minutes. Daily maximum 12 capsules for adults, 4 capsules for children under age 12.
Powder
For Adults: Take ¼ teaspoon 3 times per day.
For Children 12 and Under: Take ⅛ teaspoon 3 times per day.
Certain circumstances may require additional support: take the age-appropriate dose as often as every 30 minutes. Daily maximum 1.5 teaspoons for adults, .5 teaspoon for children under age 12.
