Minimum Advertised Price Policy

Effective: August 2023

Finemost Corporation dba QualiHerb, owner of the Snap Dynasty Herb Company brand ("SDHC"), has unilaterally adopted this Minimum Advertised Price Policy ("Policy" or "MAPP") to support the marketing, distribution, brand integrity, and retailer support of SDHC products.

This Policy applies to distributors, wholesalers, retailers, online sellers, marketplace sellers, and other resellers of SDHC products in the United States, collectively referred to as "Resellers."

This Policy applies only to public-facing advertised prices and does not apply to the final resale price independently chosen by any Reseller. It does not establish, control, or restrict the final resale price at which any Reseller may sell SDHC products. Each Reseller remains free to independently determine its own resale prices.

The minimum advertised price for SDHC products must be equal to or greater than 80% of SDHC's suggested retail price ("SRP"), as listed in SDHC's current SRP/MAP price sheet.

This Policy applies to advertised prices appearing in external advertising and promotional media, including, but not limited to, websites, online marketplaces, digital advertisements, email promotions, social media advertising, catalogs, direct mail, print advertisements, and other external electronic or printed advertising.

Any advertised discount, rebate, coupon, promotional code, percentage discount, bundled offer, or other advertised promotion that results in a net advertised price below the applicable MAP will be considered noncompliant with this Policy.

In the event SDHC becomes aware of an advertised price that appears to be below the applicable MAP, SDHC may notify the applicable Reseller of the noncompliant advertised price. Once notified, the advertised price must be corrected within three business days.

If the advertised price is not corrected within three business days, SDHC may, in its sole discretion and without assuming any obligation to take identical action in every circumstance, suspend, limit, or discontinue sales of SDHC products to the noncompliant Reseller.

SDHC will administer and enforce this Policy unilaterally. SDHC does not seek, require, or accept any agreement from any Reseller to advertise or sell SDHC products at any particular price.

SDHC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this Policy, in whole or in part, at any time.
